These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Pad Shop website (padshop.me) and to any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We try to show products, descriptions and prices accurately. Colors and details can look different on different screens. We can correct errors, change prices, or cancel an order if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due when you place your order. We can refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Product use

Use all products as the manufacturer instructs. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are provided by the manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, Pad Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from the use of this site or of the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
